AVO Liq-Würz vegetable cream has been designed for use as a tasty substitute for animal fats when making sausage products. Based on high-quality canola oil and other specific components, it can replace up to 20 percent of animal fats. A scientific research project has been carried out to establish the technological and taste effect of the vegetable cream, which has already proven itself as an ingredient for use in the production of poultry and beef sausage products. It delivers the same spreadability for pates such as liver sausage or firm bite for boiled or frying sausages as conventional products.
In addition to this, the vegetable oil increases the intake of Omega-3 fatty acids.
The diversity of AVO vegetable cream is also evident in its use in the production of vegan alternatives and hybrid products.
AVO vegetable cream complies with the guidelines of the German Association for Foodstuffs without Genetic Engineering (VLOG) and is also available in organic quality and halal-compliant.
