The B50 Series, with a pitch of 50 mm, is one of the most hygienic and durable plastic modular belt for the food industry with a rod retention system. With fully rounded edges, open ends and a larger opening in the hinge area, it is also very easy to clean during operation. The E30 Series with a pitch of 30 mm is particularly suitable for conveying and lifting small products at high speeds.
The drive is provided by the central part of the modules and can therefore be used as a bi-directional belt.
Its extraordinary flexibility combined with great resistance allows it to reach important conveyor lengths.

The Friction Top models combine plastic and rubber in the same piece, obtaining the benefits of both, the modular system and the grip.  
The rubber is manufactured in three grades of Shore hardness A35, A45 and A60, which cover a wide range between two opposing properties, grip and wear.

• E30 Series Trian Friction Top: This is designed with small transverse triangles that provide mini-pushers for easy and effective cleaning. Ideal for applications where drainage through the belt is necessary, avoiding accumulation of particles on the belt surface. It is easy to clean and pressurised water can be applied through the belt. 

• E30 Series Flat Friction Top: With a flat rubber surface, it is ideal for all applications where a maximum grip area is required. Belt designed for product transfer with transfer tabs. Its grid shape and 32% open surface are ideal for applications where a drainage through the belt and/or a smaller contact surface with the product is needed, avoiding as much as possible its adherence to the belt.
