Quickbelts
Quickbelts is a new patented generation of modular belts with a hinge-rodless assembly system. They are made of a new, environmentally friendly polymeric material that offers the best possible performance for a wide range of applications.
In addition, Quickbelts modular conveyor belts form a structure of interlocking injection moulded parts in an advanced design whose configuration makes them an ideal support for the transport of food and industrial products.
With a single click, your quickbelts are assembled together without the need for additional tools, making assembly quicker and easier.
Due to its special
pateted geomery, the belt itself develops a slight elevation during transfer, which facilitates product take-off. In addition, its hole-free structure with its own self-cleaning geometry system allows excellent continuous cleaning without the need to stop the production line
Characteristics:
- Good tribological properties: Wear, abrasion and friction resistance, and low-noise level.
- Very high hydrolysis resistance: Dimensional and properties’ maintenance stability in humid and hot environments.
- Excellent chemical resistance: Resistance to chemical agents such as hydrocarbons, acids, etc.
- Dimensional stability: Minimum elongation with heavy loads.
Advantages of Quickbelts:
- High strength: quickbelts modular belts are made of materials that are highly resistant to impact, even from sharp elements.
- Do it yourself: You can assemble the parts yourself. This makes the price of the assembled belt much cheaper.
- Immediate delivery: We have a large stock for immediate delivery.
- Easy to assemble: No factory assembly of the belt is required.
- Easy to clean: They are specially designed for continuous cleaning without the need to stop the production line.
- Stock reduction: In addition, as they are single parts, there is no need to store large quantities of stock, which means a significant reduction in costs.
- Product take-off: Due to its special geometry, the belt itself develops a slight elevation at the moment of transfer that facilitates product take-off.
